1. Definitions

"Cash's" means Cash's Apparel Solutions Pty Ltd. and/or Cash's Apparel Solutions (UK) Ltd as indicated in the documentation.

2. Conditions of use

Use of this site signifies your agreement to Cash's Online Terms and Conditions, and all orders are subject to our General Conditions of Sale.

3. Restrictions on use of materials

This site is owned and operated by Cash's. Unless otherwise indicated the contents of this site are the property of Cash's and are protected, without limitation, pursuant to copyright and trademark laws.
No material from Cash's sites may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, republished, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way without the express permission from Cash's.

4. Disclaimer

Cash's makes no representation or warranties with respect to its site addresses and contents, which are provided for use "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".
Cash's does not warrant the functions, information or links contained on its site addresses or that their contents will meet your requirements, or will be uninterrupted or error free or that the site or server that makes them available are free of viruses, worms or other harmful components.

5. Online Security

Our online credit card screen is operated and protected by the credit card service provider. All credit card and debit card details are transmitted within the credit card service provider's secure credit card environment.
We do not store credit card details processed by the credit card service provider and as such have no liability to the misuse of credit cards.

6. Orders

You can submit an order for products by completing the details on the order pages and clicking on 'add to cart'. You can add as many orders as you wish to your cart before submitting the cart for processing.
The acknowledgments of receipt of order generated by our on-line ordering system do not constitute an acceptance of your order. We are under no obligation to accept your order, but would normally do so where the product is currently available and your credit/debit card payment is approved by your credit/debit card company and your account status is within our payment terms.
If your order is not accepted we will usually notify you by email within 3 working days of receiving your order.
If your order is accepted a binding agreement between us will be in place based on these Cash's Online Terms and Conditions and on our General Conditions of Sale.

7. Pricing

Prices exclude any applicable taxes and duties and are subject to change according to the terms of our General Conditions of Sale.
For export orders, customs and import duties may be payable. Any charges levied once the package reaches your country will be your responsibility. We do not control these charges and we cannot estimate the cost of these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

8. Delivery

Product despatch lead times are indicative only for each specific type of product. Actual delivery time will vary according to local delivery times within your country or destination.
If our expected despatch date varies significantly to our indication we will endeavour to notify you. If we cannot deliver the products to the address specified on your order for any reason (other than if we are at fault), we will endeavour to notify you. If you wish for us to re deliver the products to you, you will need to authorise a charge to your specified credit/debit card or commercial credit account for an additional delivery fee.
Delivery charges will be payable depending on the destination of the order, and are indicated on your online order cart.

9. Payment

a) Credit Card
We will charge your credit/debit card account at the time your order is placed. Please refer to our online security terms above for security details, and in the event of a refund this will be applied to the same card.
Payment can be made by using one of the following credit cards:
" Mastercard " Visa
" American Express " Bankcard
Credit card and debit card details are transmitted within the secure environment of the service card provider. In the event of a transaction being unsecured, actions can only be taken against the service card provider.

b) Commercial Credit Account
Where you are a pre approved credit customer the amount of your order plus delivery will be charged to your account with us and a commercial invoice will be issued. This amount will be payable under the credit terms and conditions agreed.

The information you provide to Cash's via its web sites and other methods will not be used by any third parties. All Data which Cash's collects wholly remains within the control of Cash's and its various subsidiaries.
